Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager responsible for Customer Integrations, you drive the company’s product vision forward by building a strategy and an execution plan that enables a seamless integration experience for our customers on Forto’s platform. You will own the API and customer integration product domain and collaborate with commercial, engineering, business, strategy, implementation, marketing, and operations teams.

You will

Lead a large and complex product domain, crafting the vision, strategy, and value propositions, prioritising competing features based on their value to customers, and driving end-to-end delivery of the roadmap
Understand market trends, customer requirements, and financial opportunities to create a robust product offering and services for our customers
Own Forto API public and private documentation in collaboration with UX and Engineers
Work as a part of a highly collaborative cross-functional and creative team to oversee the planning, development, and launch throughout the full product lifecycle
Be close to the competition and understand our competitors’ strategies and product features
Work closely with product marketing on positioning, messaging, training, product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Lead requirement gathering efforts by consulting with stakeholders, analysing relevant data, and conducting customer research
Measure the impact of product and engineering work by implementing and tracking key metrics

What you bring

5+ years of product management experience, including delivery of entire products, start to finish
Deep understanding of technology and APIs in particular
Solid expertise in the products you lead: industry trends, the dynamics of B2B, back-end architectures and systems. If you haven’t worked in the logistics industry before, you’ll need to show previous experience ramping up and mastering a complex domain
Proven self-starter who can identify new opportunities, develop strategies to drive growth, and push projects forward, as well as a desire to push innovation
Passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed customer expectations
Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to customers, and other audiences
