Role Overview:

The Product team at Clutch drives the strategy and execution for end-to-end digitally automated lending and deposits products at credit unions. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our cross-product offerings
You will spearhead pivotal aspects of our product strategy, focusing on areas such as user onboarding, fraud prevention, and other platform challenges that impact both lending and deposit product lines. Your customer-first mindset and technical acumen will be crucial to navigate the complexities of both lending and deposit product lines and simplify them into critical short-term and long-term platform capabilities

Your responsibilities:

Leverage your customer centricity and technical acumen to build platform products in the lending and deposits domain
Set the strategic vision for pivotal product areas such as user onboarding, identity verification, fraud and KYC, SSO
Conduct independent problem focused product discovery with credit unions and combine that with best-in-class fintech practices
Drive product development, collaborating closely internally with design, engineering, and cross-functional teams
Engage in both end user (consumer) and customer (credit union) discovery, applying fintech innovations to credit union products.
High standards in product craft, technical acumen, and judgment to balance quality with speed to market

Skillset you will bring:

4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of bringing both products and platform-based solutions from concept to launch. Experience in Fintech and Lending is highly desirable
Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate product vision clearly and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Strong leadership skills, adept at collaborating closely with credit unions and challenging the status quo
Adept at challenging assumptions, validating innovative product concepts, and making tough decisions
Planning and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
A thorough understanding of the various aspects of product development, including engineering, design, analytics, and user research, and the ability to integrate these insights into product strategy
Experience in designing user-friendly experiences
A deep passion for product management coupled with an ownership mentality
