Summary
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to be one of the founding members of Fast's Creator team. Reporting directly into the Head of Creator Products, you'll be responsible for leading product development for Fast's most high-growth and innovative product line. Specifically, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that grow Fast’s creator network, as well as help content creators of all sizes monetize more efficiently using Fast’s suite of business products and build deeper relationships with their audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who doesn’t mind getting into execution and has a strong passion for quickly building new businesses from scratch.
Role
- Present strategy and roadmap elements to leadership and peers on a frequent basis
- Conduct user analysis and case studies for product development
- Evaluate data to formulate plans that serve the product roadmap
- Routinely diagnose and deconstruct competitor features and products
- Write product requirements documents for features and builds
- Work with functional leaders in engineering and product design to ship features and content
- Evaluate live features and iterate utilizing data and judgment
- Continuously mine customer feedback to incorporate user feedback into builds
- Groom and shape the product roadmap with peers and company leadership
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as a product manager
- Proven ability to create wire-frames, product requirements and strategy docs
Plus
- Experience in Advertising, Publishing, Social Media, or eCommerce
- Experience managing Product Managers
- Extraordinary data analysis skills
- Entrepreneurial experience
