Senior Product Manager, Creator Knowledge

Over 12 million people have created on the Roblox platform. The Knowledge team connects them with documentation, tutorials and community to master tools, grow an audience, and monetize their creations. As Senior Product Manager, you will connect with our creator community to understand their needs, and help us define an important vision to exceed their expectations. You'll partner closely with Tech Writers, Engineering, Design and Developer Relations to ensure we are solving their most pressing problems, while building creative tools to empower the community to share knowledge and best practices.

You Will:

• Be the advocate for the creator community on all needs related to learning and education.
• Shape the vision, product strategy and roadmap for a growing service vertical at Roblox.
• Educate internal stakeholders and executives on that vision, and its alignment with the core values of Roblox.
• Leverage new technologies like generative AI to accelerate content creation, so we can connect users to the perfect answer to any question.
• Write product and technical specifications to communicate those features.
• Establish success criteria and objective metrics to measure the impact of your work.
• Deliver world-class solutions that enable creators to build great experiences that the community will love.

You Have:

• 5+ years of product management experience, in the documentation, community or game development space
• You are able to dive deep into technical details, and engage with the world's best writers and engineers.
• Communication skills: You can explain, advocate for and sell your product strategy both verbally and in writing.
• Vision: You think big and anticipate what your users will need years down the line.
• Iteration: You are able to break that vision down into incremental releases, and learn and refine each step of the way.
• A relentless drive to ship, are able to push through challenges, and have a track record delivering product users love.
