As Senior Product Manager focused on our corporate segment (customers with <1500 employees), you will drive the product strategy for a critical part of Gong’s business, ensuring that we continue to scale efficiently and effectively. You will help a fast growing roster of more than 3000 customers get the maximum value from one of the best-loved software products on the market (the #1 ranked software product on G2 for the last 2 years).

Responsibilities:

Deeply understand our corporate customers’ businesses, such as their strategic drivers, important personas, technology stacks, and key workflows, to uncover and anticipate what they need in order to deploy Gong to maximum effect. Make use of available sources of aggregated customer data (including our own Gong instance) to inform your perspective
Identify and prioritize product enhancements that will unlock new corporate sales opportunities for Gong plus maximize adoption and value realization for existing corporate customers
Collaborate with customer marketing, success, and education teams to develop best practices, playbooks, and other assets which support a high quality, scalable customer journey
Develop tools and processes to help articulate Gong’s value back to customers at scale
Collaborate closely with the core PM team, based in Israel, to ensure that roadmap decisions are informed by your deep understanding and product vision for the corporate segment
Where necessary, define potential solutions and provide customer context to jump start the design and development process. Be a voice and advocate for corporate customers within the product team
Work directly with our corporate sales and customer success teams to identify and remove internal points of friction related to the product, which impede business velocity or scale

Qualifications:

5+ years of work experience in product management roles, with relevant experience in high scale B2B software businesses strongly preferred
Excellent product research and analytical skills; uncovering the meaning behind quantitative and qualitative customer data
Outstanding communication at all levels and audiences
Strong cross-functional influence and ability to drive an agenda with a wide ranging team
