We’re looking for a technically-minded & data-driven Product Manager to lead our Destinations team in Helsinki HQ, Dublin or Amsterdam office.
You'll focus on optimizing the in-destination experience for our 3rd party data integrations (like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Excel) and scaling their underlying architecture
In this role, you will…
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for all outbound data destinations
- Prioritize and implement essential technical initiatives, including platform migrations, addressing critical tech debt and improving core functionalities to unblock major commercial deals
- Define and analyze key commercial & technical metrics for destinations, such as user acquisition funnels, engagement scores, bug volume, data refresh speed and reliable transfer rates
- Become highly knowledgeable about how data flows out of Supermetrics, understanding the technical nuances and challenges involved, from authentication and rate limits to schema management
- Balance the needs of different user segments, from large agencies relying on Google Sheets to enterprise customers using data warehouses, ensuring our destinations meet their performance expectations
- Collaborate closely with engineering to improve the technical architecture of our destinations, making them more scalable, maintainable and robust
- Serve as the bridge between deep technical challenges and business outcomes, articulating the value of architectural improvements to stakeholders across the company.
- Define standards for what makes a destination reliable and high-quality, ensuring a consistent and trustworthy experience for our users
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities include…
- Build, evolve, and communicate a coherent roadmap for Supermetrics destinations
- Translate technical complexity and architectural needs into clear business value, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate on defining & building user journeys for destination-driven user acquisition
- Work with engineering to plan and execute complex technical projects, such as migrating critical infrastructure without disrupting customers
- Ensure all destinations are performant, secure, and compliant with both our standards and the third-party platform's expectations
- Track and own the key quality and performance KPIs (both technical & commercial) for data destinations
- Investigate and prioritize bug fixes and performance issues reported by customers and internal teams
This position is for you if you have…
- Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager working on highly technical, API-driven, or data-intensive products
- Proficient in data literacy. Able to discuss user funnels, experimentation frameworks and product analytics with the data team
- Proficient in technical literacy. You are comfortable discussing REST APIs, OAuth flows, data schemas, system architecture, and technical debt with senior engineers
- A proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional technical initiatives through ambiguity to effective execution
- Proficiency in managing relationships and priorities with stakeholders in product, commercial, and engineering organizations
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, or MarTech/AdTech platforms.
- A deep understanding of the challenges involved in maintaining data connectors, such as rate limits, authentication token refreshes, and schema changes
Benefits we offer…
- Competitive compensation package, including equity
- Great work equipment, and home office allowance for those working in our fully remote locations
- Health care benefit and leisure time insurance
- Sports and wellbeing allowance
Benefits may vary depending on location.
