As a Sr. Product Manager at Maven, you will:
- Own and lead the strategy and roadmap processes for Maven’s Platform and Engineering Experience teams
- Formulate hypotheses and track the outcomes of your products with clearly defined success metrics and use KPIs as input to evaluate progress and guide iterations along the way
- Be a key leader of the Platform team, and collaborate closely with engineering leads to deliver delightful engineering experiences
- Partner with business and external stakeholders, including strategic clients, Strategy & Operations, Program Operations, and Data to drive company outcomes
- Prioritize against multiple opportunities and balance business needs against user needs, prioritizing a roadmap that results in a best-in-class healthcare platform
- Increase the velocity and satisfaction of the Maven Engineering organization, as measured by NPS and engagement with tools, process, and features
We’re looking for you to bring:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a role supporting engineering experience or platform
- Strong product discipline, grounding all product decisions in data, user feedback and measurable impact
- Ability to translate from highly technical concepts into business objectives (and vice versa)
- Experience managing complex roadmaps at scale
- Superb collaboration and communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and, metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, you can learn them with us!):
- Background in a healthcare-related or other regulated field
- Experience as a Product partner serving platform and engineering teams to build scalable internal features and tooling to support rapid growth.
