Senior Product Manager, Core Content Products

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and development of our consumer-facing reviews and interviews products. These products are central to our vision of radical transparency and are used by millions of people worldwide every month. In this role, you will help bring employment transparency to the world by finding new ways to empower people with the information they need to make the best decisions about their job, company, and career. You will align your partners and leadership around your plan and work closely with your cross-functional team members to deliver on your vision.

What You'll Do

• You will focus on Glassdoor’s core Reviews and Interviews experiences, which are central to Glassdoor’s value proposition and brand
• Make informed, user-centric decisions using quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies)
• Work closely with the UX team to drive user research and testing, and with design to create delightful experiences for our consumers
• Define and build out the product experience, partnering with engineering to improve and build new features.
• Influence other product teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes in your area.
• Align your product strategy to company goals and drive positive business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• 4 - 7 years of proven results in product management within fast-paced, agile environments. Consumer-facing product and AB testing experience preferred.
• Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing and data science.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence leadership and other teams.
• Strong intuition for business and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in work experience in a technical, business or quantitative field. MBA or graduate degree is a plus.

Compensation circa dependent on experience:  $160,000.00 - $240,000.00
