Hinge Health Hybrid Model:
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 2 days/week. We will be expanding to 3 days/week in the office beginning April of 2024.

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Product Manager for our Content Platform, a critical component in our mission to provide exceptional member education and engagement. This role is pivotal in driving forward the content strategy that underpins our member experiences and outcomes, working across the organization to identify high-value opportunities and execute on our vision. This pivotal role will drive the evolution of our platform, emphasizing velocity, quality, and enhancing operational efficiencies through innovative, customer-focused solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Lead the development and execution of an inspiring and comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Content Platform, ensuring alignment with Hinge Health’s mission and business goals and supporting the seamless integration of content across our member experience.
  • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams, including clinical, engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and deliver high-quality, member-centered content solutions, applications and data services, improving how we manage and connect core data across our content pipeline.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in content development and management, fostering a culture of rapid testing, learning, and iteration.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the product team and executive leadership, effectively communicating strategy, progress, and impact. Strategize, prioritize, and execute projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environment, building consensus and navigating through ambiguity.
  • Utilize analytics to track content engagement and effectiveness, leveraging insights to inform content strategy and product improvements. Foster strong partnerships with internal teams, content creators, and partners, utilizing feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Ensure the Content Platform supports a seamless, integrated member experience across all Hinge Health offerings.
  • Ensure our platform scales with the growing slate of Hinge Health services and licensed content, meeting the changing needs of the business.
  • Mentor and grow a team of product professionals, enhancing their skills and careers in line with Hinge Health’s values and objectives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in content platforms, digital health, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading product strategies and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful member experiences.Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading teams and interfacing effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead technical products through the product development lifecycle, with a passion for platforms and infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a track record of successful product delivery.
  • Technical fluency, able to work closely with engineering and data teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and make informed trade-offs.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of advocating for your products and explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, fluidly adapting to shifting priorities and strategies.
  • A passion for healthcare and making a positive impact on people’s lives.

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience in health education, digital therapeutics, or patient engagement platforms.
  • Background in software engineering, UX/UI design, or content strategy.
  • Prior experience managing teams and developing product talent.
