We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Product Manager to join our team, focusing on connectivity & integrations! The role will focus on developing integrations with large and highly strategic payment providers and back office services that will enable the business to scale faster. You will build and evolve the next generation of flexible and composable integrations. You will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of key integration initiatives. This includes working on specific integrations, while evaluating future strategic ones as well.

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of externally available APIs for WhenThen
  • Build, operationalise, and maintain integrations while establishing standards, processes, and API documentation
  • Understand customer needs, identify pain points & inefficiencies, validate hypotheses, and prioritise solutions
  • Ensure integrations are operating effectively, monitor use and identify room for improvement
  • Create a strategic view on which partners and experiences to develop utilising data, research, and user feedback
  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively
  • Ability to work with the various field teams to appropriately map out customer use cases and requirements
  • Bring a passion for careful data analysis to inform decisions
  • Creating detailed business and technical requirements
  • Technical writing skills
  • Experience executing product plans with a well-defined process
  • A self-starter who enjoys challenges across a broad range of disciplines
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and delivering results 
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • 4+ years experience in product management in payments, FinTech, or SaaS
  • Degree in computer science, technology, or a related field
  • Experience with APIs and Integrations between companies
  • Strong technical skills with deep experience working with API integrations and enterprise clients 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools for doing data analysis
  • Strong collaboration in team environments but able to act quickly as the decision-maker
  • Ability to write, defend, and execute on business cases
  • Excellent communication skills
