Senior Product Manager, Compromised & Abusive Accounts

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager for our Compromised & Abusive Accounts team. We are looking for someone who excels at the strategic application of regulatory guidelines, creativity, and advanced technology in managing risk. About the team

The Compromised & Abusive Accounts team is a full-stack development team, seated in the heart of London. The team lives at the edge of innovation, tackling a multifaceted problem using expertise in design, data science, and regulatory compliance. The team is committed to preventing scams and account takeover fraud, while minimising the hassle these precautions could cause to our genuine customers. 

You’ll own the challenge of:

• Developing novel strategies and solutions to combat scams and account takeover fraud, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction. 
• Collaborating with our data science team to leverage data-driven insights in our fight against fraud. 
• Understanding and navigating the regulatory space around fraud and applying these insights to our strategy. 
• Driving the team to deliver effective measures that respect our customers' time and protect their money. 
• Coordinating with designers, developers & analysts to implement the best product solution.

A bit about you: 

• You're an experienced Product Manager with at least 3-5 years under your belt.
• You're obsessed with customer protection.
• You have practical experience working with Data science.
• You have in-depth experience in Trust, Security or Fraud spaces, and you can demonstrate your impact.
• You have a strong knowledge of Scams and Account Takeover— and how to combat them.
• Your technical understanding is solid, allowing you to guide your team in developing the right framework.
• You're hands-on and get things done. No task is too small or too large for you.
• Reporting will be to the Fraud Group Product Manager.
