We are looking for a Sr/Principal Product Manager to own and drive the tools we use to interact with customers. You will be responsible for owning and developing the capabilities of our existing communication channels including, in-app messages, native notifications and emails as well as innovating new communication channels to engage with customers. This role requires a hands-on approach, requiring strong technical and analytical proficiency, as well as the ability to understand the needs of our customers to ensure we deliver the personalised communication experience they expect.
What you will do:
- Own and manage existing communication tools for email and notifications
- Innovate and deliver new communications to engage customers
- Drive a critical programme to support hyper-personalised communications based on customers needs and activity
- Drive KPIs that support activation, retention and re-engagement
- Build and maintain an efficient roadmap of initiatives that support our Customer Experience, Marketing, Customer Support and Local teams engage our audiences in unique ways
- Organisation of communication between mobile teams, understanding the value of client-server interaction. Development of new APIs and oversee development
- Create visualiused reports using Tableau and other data systems highlighting engagement statistics and identifying areas of improvement to test and deploy
- Planning experiments and running A/B testing
- Monitor system performance including the reputation of email servers bounce, and avoiding getting into spam
- Ensure we meet compliance requirements surrounding customer communications
- Understand the architecture of tracking systems, cross-system, and how to get the most out of tools like AppsFlyers, Firebase, and Google Analytics.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience owning and managing multi-channel communication systems
- Strong customer first approach to prioritisation of tasks whilst delivering against the KPIs of the business
- Management experience overseeing communications roadmap and delivering results across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Strong technical skills to understand our communication systems, their operation and optimise efficiency and performance
- Proficiency of data analytics, visualisation and report creation using Tableau and BI teams
- Experience working with cross functional (virtual) development teams
- Proficiency with using applications and tools (Postman, dbeaver, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides)
Preferable:
- Prior experience working within digital Trading or FinTech companies
- Understanding of communication compliance requirements for Trading firms
