Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead Workato’s Conversational Experience. You will be responsible for our Workbot for Slack & MS Teams, define a vision and roadmap to take it to the next level, and execute on it. You will take Workbots to a place where they are smart as never before, and building them is way easier. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and customers and requires both strategic, long-term thinking and hands-on product management.

You will also collaborate with the engineering team on releasing the product and ensure that product features are communicated effectively to drive adoption. In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Shape the product strategy and roadmap
Understand the users, market, and competition
Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders
Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, development, and delivery
Bring teams together to define and implement product features
Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders
Define key metrics and measure the performance of the product features

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

5+ years experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver great product experiences
3+ years experience with managing Enterprise SaaS products and features
UX obsession in always trying to make the product easier to use
Vision development and storytelling. Ability to develop independent point of view and collaborate with other teams/stakeholders on finding the best solution
Understanding chatbots / conversational platforms (Dialogflow / Amazon Lex / Botpress / equivalent) is a plus
Data-driven approach combined with product sense

Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time-management skills - balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests
