Senior Product Manager - Care and Services Technology

Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The hire will work on defining the vision and strategy of our Customer Relationships Management (CRM) software, build a roadmap, get alignment with partners, and work with an amazingly collaborative Eng, Design and BI team to build the end state vision. The person will get to interact with the users of the tool firsthand and employ design thinking to build the product roadmap.

This role touches every aspect of product management, from product discovery to case building to deployment and success measurement.

What you'll get to do...

• Envision, strategize, and complete the roadmap for our CRM technology solutions. Rethink how we manage our relationship with our customers.
• Join forces with our Customer Care team to understand the problems and develop a vision and strategy to tackle them (using AI technologies).
• Build requirements to conceptualize, test, and create experiences.
• Form hypotheses and run experiments to improve the customer experience and business outcomes.
• Work with the scrum team and provide clear requirements and planning artifacts that guide work prioritization and resource alignment. This includes our 3rd party partners.
• Work with partner teams to clearly communicate and evangelize vision, plans, and business results.

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of validated experience as a Product Manager developing and launching digital products in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current machine learning methodologies and AI technologies is preferred.
• Proven success responsible for the product roadmap of significant customer-facing features and releasing via the formation of hypotheses and experimentation.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and has experience driving Agile product development.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, assess outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom.
• Ability to build dashboards in Tableau, and tell a story with the data
• You have a curiosity about product discovery, interacting with end users to learn their needs
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.

• A strong technical understanding of Salesforce or other CRM tools
