Responsibilities

Identify, define, and implement key roadmap initiatives for Upgrade’s card servicing platform
Work cross-functionally to define, develop, launch and scale card servicing
Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues on the card servicing platform
Analyze the impact of product features and define key metrics for success
Work closely with the internal teams and third-party software providers
Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations and other stakeholders to drive product and service enhancements and implement new initiatives

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (ideally in the credit card or loan servicing space)
Experience leading and resolving questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and AB testing software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
