Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and implement key roadmap initiatives for Upgrade’s card servicing platform
- Work cross-functionally to define, develop, launch and scale card servicing
- Work closely with the operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and solve issues on the card servicing platform
- Analyze the impact of product features and define key metrics for success
- Work closely with the internal teams and third-party software providers
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations and other stakeholders to drive product and service enhancements and implement new initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (ideally in the credit card or loan servicing space)
- Experience leading and resolving questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders
- Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics and AB testing software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
