Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that can help us take content distribution to the next level. You and your team will be responsible for unlocking ways for digital marketers to share and deliver content at scale, an integral part of any digital transformation strategy.

The Bynder Product Management team is responsible for identifying the most valuable problems to solve, enabling the squad to define and deliver the right solution to our users and validate the impact of it. Product Managers work at the intersection of our Customers, Technology and Business to build great products our customers love.

This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Group Product Manager of the domain. 

What you will be doing

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to execution and launch.  You will be a data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing many hats.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Develop and prioritize product requirements and user stories.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Work closely with the product owner to prioritize features for development.
• Track product performance metrics and analyze user data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and present product roadmaps and updates to stakeholders.
• Lead the creation of product documentation and user onboarding materials.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on B2B SaaS products.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Top-notch communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• A passion for building user-centric products with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Experience with user research methodologies a plus.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) a plus.
• Fluent in English both verbally and written

Nice to have:

• B2B/B2C experience with a commercial SaaS platform
• Experience with software project management tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Agile Scrum certified
