The Buyer Trust team is working on a top company mission to help merchants meet and exceed their customers expectations at scale. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to create an experience that helps merchants setup, and understand the performance of, the best buyer experiences.

The Senior Product Manager in this role will have a passion for working on merchant facing experiences. You will be hands-on and lead this team together with your trifecta consisting of a UX- and Development manager. Constantly seeking and identifying the most impactful opportunities that helps drive performance and conversion for merchants. Leveraging the success metrics and tripwires you have designed in advance to assess, iterate and improve upon the experience to ensure maximum impact. This is a high visibility role with opportunities to influence Shopify wide.

You are outcome focused and find ways to achieve them regardless of the obstacles. You have a proven track record of shipping customer facing products and getting things done at scale.

Essentials

• Strong UX skills and proven record of managing complex and technically challenging products

• Proven track record of having shipped impactful and high quality customer facing B2B or B2B2C product initiatives

• Excellent analytical skills and data-informed when building product conviction

• Experience running teams at fast growing companies

• Built a team culture of prototyping and shipping at a fast pace

• Exceptional problem solving skills, high attention to detail, and first principles thinking

• Great communication skills with a strong ability to align with stakeholders and leadership towards a common goal

Nice to have

• Proven track record of delivering products with a data-dense frontend
