The Role

Senior Product Manager – Borrower Funnel Growth

A Senior Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, product planning and execution
throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing
product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to
ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Problems you will solve

  • Embrace the growth hacker mindset: form and validate data-driven hypotheses for improvingthe core borrower funnel by removing friction and increasing access to loans
  • Partner with the Product Analytics and Marketing Analytics teams to personalize our applicationflow and optimize our underwriting and verification experience
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research, in partnership with User Research, to identify product opportunities and prioritize your roadmap
  • Drive independent ad hoc data analysis with the ability to write semi complex queries
  • Be thoughtful about the experimentation design to ensure findings from tests provide valid insights
  • Be able to drive disruptive innovative solutions in a customer centric environment
  • Build a vision, strategy, and own a multi-year product roadmap
  • Work with internal stakeholders from marketing, legal, operations, and executive management to translate business needs into a product requirements.
  • Monitor and understand the key metrics governing your product area, with an eye toward continuously improving them through ongoing product innovation
  • Work with engineering and data science to analyze data and conduct experiments (A/B tests) in order to optimize the product in pursuit of an improved customer experience and business metrics. 
  • Establish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with the development team.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on project process and trade-offs.
  • Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders. 

All About You

  • 5-8 years of relevant product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Proven experience launching 100’s of micro A/B tests in a systemic way
  • Illustrate a framework you’ve used for funnel growth
  • Mastery level experience with Optimizely or other experimentation products
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent consumer facing products
  • Proven ability to dive deeply into specific functional areas and learn a domain
  • Proven ability to innovate and come up with ideas to help drive the product forward
  • Proven ability to understand the business and engineering sides and get into technical detail
  • Ability to assume a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent project management skills - delivery and action oriented
  • Superior communication skills
  • Experience in financial services a plus
  • Ability to handle changing tasks and priorities and adapt quickly
