Binance Gift Card Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to build a secure and innovative payment ecosystem, making crypto transactions simple and accessible for everyone. To succeed in this role, you should be a well-experienced and data driven problem-solver with passion for the digital transaction and crypto industry.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and strategy, identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, gather product requirements, determine product roadmap/ platform customization in alignment with Binance gift card expansion strategy
Design and optimize the core logic of the exchange, including but not limited to order matching, settlement, account system, and user management system
Formulate the product logic, circulation details and development guidance of payment transaction and innovation services
Responsible for idea generation; concept validation; and business case development for existing products
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operation, UI/UX, developer, risk, security, compliance, etc.
Conduct competitor analysis periodically, collect and analyze feedback from partners, customers and other stakeholders
Track and push development and testing progress. Track and analyze key metrics to improve our products and services

Requirements

5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager. Exposure specifically in payments or retail banking or fintech firms preferred
Payments, operations and partner management experience, in a technology or financial services company
Familiar with payment module with hands-on skills and problem-solving capability
Experience in product lifecycle management, preferably in agile framework
Professional and detailed PRD writing.
Data driven
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Fluent in English is a must
