ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Benefits team is charged with creating and launching new products and features that delight our existing users and attract new users to Trade Republic. To achieve this, the team must have a clear understanding of our customer needs and problems, and must be familiar with customer biases, to ensure that awareness and conversion are driven by the individual benefits they will be developing. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Our Senior Product Manager will join our Benefits team and is tasked to deliver and maintain benefits our customers love. You will:

• Oversee the development of exclusive products and determine which investments are most impactful to the business and why

• Work closely with the business development team on the identification and onboarding of required ecosystem partners 

• Use data to support hypotheses and conclusions, for developing business cases and roadmap priorities, and to inform the success of your products

• Develop a deep level of user empathy through customer data, competitive analysis, user research and user feedback

• Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners and leadership teams

• Drive the implementation with engineering and when relevant, partners that you are not afraid to push in order to achieve your goals

• Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Multiple years of experience in agile product development 

• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions

• Clear and concise communication that is always targeted to your audience

• Deep understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs

• An eye for great design, obsession in crafting great user experiences whilst balancing the need to launch minimum loveable product to market fast

• Experience with common agile, data and design working tools like Jira, Confluence, Looker, SQL, Figma and similar applications

• Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)

• Prior experience in launching products from 0 to 1 and scaling these products a strong plus
