Our team right now is 100, and we're growing quickly, with ambitions to become 150 in the next few months. We're looking to hire across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Data and Finance along with a variety of other roles, so you'll see a lot of new crew members joining the Juniverse!

What: ?‍?

You'll work closely with designers, engineers, stakeholders, and the product director. You will act as the voice of our customers and be a stable bridge between engineering and the business. As a principal product manager, you'll share your experience with others in the company to help them learn and grow.

Responsibilities: ?

• Work closely with customers to find their biggest problems

• Build and lead our Automation product team(s) to 'automate what our customers previously did manually... or not at all', for example:

  • Automate downgrading a Mailchimp subscription

  • Automate pulling an invoice and then scheduling payment to maximise liquidity

• Strike a balance between features and bugs

• Use appropriate product frameworks (e.g. interviews, sketch, prototypes, MVP, usability)

• Communicate product delivery to internal stakeholders, and external customers

Within 1 month you'll have:

• Understood how Juni’s product teams work

• Integrated with your team

• Shipped your first Automation feature ?

Within 3 months you'll have:

• Defined your teams' growth metrics and roadmap

• Set up data insights that help your team make better decisions

• Shipped many features and fixed critical bugs ?

• Shared your experience to make Juni's product function even better

Within 6 months you'll have:

• Delivered against your growth metrics and roadmap (with some bumps along the way)

• Grown your team(s)

• Led your team(s) into our European expansion ?
