Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct—costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to drive the success of our products from ideation to launch and beyond.

🏆 Proven track record of successfully managing products through the full lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

💡 Ability to define product vision and strategy while also focusing on execution and delivery.

🤖 Strong understanding of technical concepts, enabling you to work closely with engineering teams.

🗣️ Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

📉 Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed product decisions.

👥 Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional product experiences.

🤝 Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
