Senior Product Manager - Asset team

Job Description

Bynder is on a mission to help the biggest brands in the world to tackle their rapidly growing need for content, and the content organization chaos that comes with it. Within our Bynder digital asset management solution, we also refer to content as assets. We call them assets because they are the valuable images, videos and documents that our customers use to for instance drive their marketing campaigns with gripping texts and power their e-commerce websites with beautiful imagery and captivating video.

The challenge, or rather opportunity, that you will have together with the team is to redefine what an ‘asset’ is within Bynder. As the Senior Product Manager for our Asset Team, you work on the core of our value proposition: to make sure that our customers can get the most value out of the assets that they store with us.

The Asset team is a newly formed team within our growing R&D team and consists of some of the most senior engineering team members in our organization. You as the product manager for this team will be responsible for the product roadmap, stakeholder management, and identify the right opportunities and problems to solve, to help our customers succeed!

As a member of our Product Management team, you'll be surrounded by an array of talented professionals. Some are passionate about honing their craft and applying it to delivering world-class experiences. Others are equally passionate about developing high performing teams in tandem with deliverables. Both are critical. We wear many hats and roll up our sleeves. We collaborate and help each other. We do what needs to be done to deliver amazing products to our customers and users.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Own and drive the product strategy and be responsible for the overall success of the product.
• Leadership: Work collaboratively with team members across all departments including Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Prioritization: Partner with customers to learn about problems and opportunities to drive prioritization of new features and enhancements.
• Enablement:  Enable your team to work autonomously against requirements and outcomes and enable customers to easily understand and adopt new functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management, preferably SaaS experience
• You’ve led multiple initiatives from discovery to delivery as a product manager
• Ability to contribute to setting yearly OKRs and higher level strategy
• Relevant experience working with more technical products, such as microservice based architectures
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver extraordinary products
• Experience building and leading business units, including ownership and optimization of business performance metrics
• Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for learning
