—As a PM in the applications team, you will focus on creating intuitive, accessible and delightful experiences that help patients of any background achieve their health objectives.
—As a PM in the Services team, you will focus on building the backbone of our health platform including the telehealth and testing infrastructure, and integrations with first and third-party lab and clinician networks.
No matter which team you join, you will have the opportunity to own the vision and roadmap for a large area of our product. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and external stakeholders to launch experiences that make a real difference in the lives of millions of people. How You Will Contribute:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap and execution for your area.
- Interact regularly with leaders from leading enterprises, universities, health systems and research institutions to collect customer context and requirements.
- Define product requirements and specifications.
- Define, analyze and communicate product success metrics.
- Launch and iterate on products based on user feedback and insights from data.
- Partner cross-functionally with our Go-to-Market teams to launch new products.
- Be the public-facing evangelist for your product.
- Foster a strong team culture that builds on top of Color’s values and operating principles.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of product management experience at a fast growing technology company.
- Understanding of and experience with data analysis, product requirement definition, prioritization, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience partnering with customers, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define a strategic product roadmap.
- Good technical background -- you’ll need to be comfortable working with senior engineers to make large-scale product, infrastructure, and roadmap decisions.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to make good decisions based on the right balance of judgment and data.
- Great communication skills. Asking questions, listening and driving group decision-making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to pay attention to nuanced product details, as well as the big picture
- A strong interest in public and population health
- Good knowledge of SQL and modern data analytics tools is a big plus.
Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $210,000 a year
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: work experience, market data, skills, geographic location, and business need. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
