Senior Product Manager - Analytics

Job Description

Bynder Analytics allows users to analyze how their digital asset management solution is being adopted throughout the company, while also giving managers insights into the assets they’re using and how their teams are using them. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager Analytics who can own and drive the product to help our customers to optimize their content, creative workflows, and user journeys and ultimately to improve the effectiveness of their content. 

As a member of our Product Management team, you'll be surrounded by an array of talented professionals. You are passionate about honing their craft and applying it to delivering world-class experiences. Others are equally passionate about developing high performing teams in tandem with deliverables. Responsibilities:

• Strategy: Own and drive the product roadmap and be responsible for the overall success of the product.
• Leadership: Work collaboratively with team members across all departments including Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. 
• Prioritization: Partner with customers to learn about problems and opportunities to drive prioritization of new features and enhancements.
• Enablement: Enable your team to work autonomously against requirements and outcomes and enable customers to easily understand and adopt new functionality.

Qualifications:

• You’ve led multiple (cloud based) product initiatives from inception to delivery as a Product Manager.
• Demonstrable experience in creating meaningful impact to customers and business as a Product Manager 
• Experience building and leading business units, including ownership and optimisation of business performance metrics like attach rate, adoption and engagement.
• Experience in Business Analytics as a value driver
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver extraordinary products
• A strong affinity for technology (BI tooling, Snowflake, data science etc.)
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for learning
