The Mission
Give developers & business users the tools to supercharge their implementation of Algolia and understand how well they are leveraging Algolia’s Search platform. We make AI explainable and we help customers make data driven decisions through:
- Identifying opportunities
- Analytics
- Qualification and Evaluation framework (Offline testing, Ab testing)
- Goal Setting framework
- AI explainability.
The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager with AB testing/product analytic background to lead the charge in developing new tools and features that enhance our customers' ability to create the best search experiences for consumers.
As Product Manager on the Optimization Team:
- You’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation in how businesses understand and optimize their consumer interactions in the AI and Gen AI world.
- You’ll be creating an innovative framework that enables our customers to evaluate advanced search experiments (semantic & AI search) and define their goals.
- You’ll be identifying customers that are the right fit for various features, enabling them to build hypotheses and experiment with the right tools for their audience.
- You’ll be developing expertise in Deep Explainability of Ranking and Search results to enable DS/ML Engineers to truly understand search outcomes.
