Some jobs are harder to tackle for an individual freelancer due to the limitation of skill-sets. By combining the skill-sets of multiple freelancers, it opens new opportunities for Upwork and its freelancers. Some common examples include developing e-commerce sites which require designers and developers, or children book creation which require copywriters and illustrators. You will be a part of a fast growing team responsible for coming up with the right tools to enable this new collaborative experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• As a senior product manager, you will be heavily involved in the product strategy. This is a fairly new concept for Upwork, so expect fun and challenging debates.
• You will also be responsible for the development and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders
• You will also be expected to track and understand the data around your product.

• You have a good understanding of how to use data (both qualitative and quantitative) to help navigate your decisions
• You have a passion and some experience mentoring others
• You communicate comfortably by using structured frameworks
