At Spotify Advertising, our part of that mission is to build the next generation advertising platform for audio which can scale the freemium experience for hundreds of millions of fans and tens of thousands of advertisers. This scale brings unique challenges as well as tremendous opportunities to define the insights product for our business.

At Spotify, we’re supporting a multi-million dollar advertising business through our self-serve ad platform, Ad Studio. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us accelerate the growth of Ad Studio. In this role, you’ll lead our Advertiser Growth initiatives -- developing products and leading experiments that can grow our business and bring new advertisers onto our platform. Your work will influence the features and offerings we have in Ad Studio, and will help us better connect our advertisers to Spotify listeners and support them in their marketing goals.

What You'll Do

Define and drive the overall product vision and strategy for Advertiser Growth, identifying opportunities for new feature development or optimizing existing features
Work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, content strategists, data scientists, and user researchers to build and ship products that bring in new users or capture more business from existing advertisers
Engage with our marketing partners to coordinate, rank, and prioritize feature requests for ads.spotify.com, our marketing website
Collaborate with other product areas and PMs to provide a cohesive end-to-end experience within the Ad Studio platform
Clearly communicate product plans, context, and results to cross-functional partners and senior leadership

Who You Are

You have 6+ years of product management experience, ideally within the B2B space or with building products that drive growth
You are passionate about data and experimentation and are ready to jump in to move the needle on our key growth metrics
You have a deep understanding of the customer acquisition funnel
You have excellent written and oral communications skills, and can clearly communicate to technical and non-technical partners
You build positive relationships and can work collaboratively to solve problems and develop solutions
You have stellar agile program management skills and have driven projects to successful and timely completion.
