Senior Product Manager, Advertiser Platform

Reddit is continuing to grow our teams with the best talent. This role is completely remote friendly and will continue to be after the pandemic. 

Reddit is growing quickly, and our Ads Engineering and Product team will double in size in 2022. We are seeking a product leader who can drive product vision, development, and execution for platform initiatives that enable small and large enterprise businesses to advertise on Reddit.

In this role, you will be responsible for building out the Reddit Ads API, which will allow our partners and clients to develop third-party integrations for campaign management and reporting purposes. You will also help to evolve platform features on ads.reddit.com to enable sophisticated access control and workflows used by agencies and large enterprises with complex hierarchies and multiple stakeholders.

As an early member of a small product team, you will have significant ownership and responsibility in shaping Reddit’s overall monetization strategy. You have the opportunity to drive the product vision, development, and go-to-market of a new and untapped product area from inception to launch.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and execution of platform initiatives including API and Business Manager.
• Draw deep insight from competitive research and emerging industry trends to inform strategy and product decisions 
• Collaborate closely with other ads PM, designers, user research and engineers to ideate, prioritize, and drive projects through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch
• Partner with BD/partnerships, Product Marketing and Sales teams to develop go-to-market strategy for new platform products and features

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in shipping impactful B2B, API, or developer products and features. 
• You have excellent analytical sense and have experience driving products & business decisions that involve data analysis and experimentation.
• Experience working with cross functional teams and external partners in building new products or integrations
• Exceptional problem-solving, project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• You are a compelling influencer with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
