Senior Product Manager, Admin Experience

Full-timeSenior Product Manager$147,100-$204,600*
Mountain View, United States
Please let Atlassian know you found this offer on WeLoveProduct as a way to support us 🫶
Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

The Enterprise Trust team is transforming how Atlassian’s largest customers, who often are also the world’s largest companies, are adopting and deploying Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, and other Atlassian products across their organizations.

Within Enterprise Trust, the Admin Experience team focuses on administrators as key stakeholders instrumental to Atlassian’s continued success with our largest and most complex customers. Our team’s mission is to build the centralized mission control that spans the entirety of the Atlassian product portfolio, help admins more effectively attend to the needs of their users, and set admins up to be Atlassian’s strongest advocate within their organization.

In this role, you’ll lead a portfolio of product initiatives spanning advanced administrative and organizational controls, admin-facing analytics, and usability enhancements that make admins even more productive. You’ll focus on understanding the challenges enterprise administrators are facing and work across multiple teams to deliver compelling and cost-efficient solutions to those challenges.

In short, you will help Atlassian deliver capabilities and features that admins love.

This role requires building an expert-level understanding of enterprise requirements for cloud software, aligning your team around a product narrative they cannot resist, and partnering closely with engineering and design to execute on the roadmap you craft.

On your first day, we'll expect you have:

  • Product management experience at a SaaS company, ideally with a focus on administration or security
  • Track record of managing and shipping sprawling feature sets that depend on the effective collaboration of multiple product development teams
  • Technical depth to interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into a product roadmap
  • Bias to action, sense of urgency, and attention to detail that makes you someone your team can instinctively trust and rally behind
  • Relentless customer focus – you go out of your way to talk to customers and solve their problems because it’s what gets you out of bed in the morning
  • Passion for navigating gnarly day-to-day decisions to help your team get stuff done
  • Ability to build relationships and influence without authority at all levels of the organization.

It’s great, but not required, if you have:

  • 5+ years of prior product management experience
  • Built a business case to fund a new product initiative
  • Fluency in manipulating large datasets using industry-standard tools
  • Computer science or a related technical degree
