Team
Our consumer apps teams are creating innovative and entertaining apps for everyday life. Our mission to entertain the world goes beyond gaming. The apps we create are downloaded and used by millions of people around the world, with a central focus on the US.
You will work on Wizz, which is a social app for teens which currently has 200k+ daily active users in the US. You will be part of 10 high-performing team members, and you will work together in goodwill to make Wizz reach millions of daily active users.
Role
We are looking for an autonomous Product Designer with a full scope of your projects, from identifying friction points and opportunities (analytical side) to designing the final experience (UX/UI). Moreover, a designer who can apply both strategy and execution to drive innovative projects and improve the product.
- Improve the existing Core-Loop (Discover, Profile, Chat, Safety, Monetization)
- Test and learn around new horizons (Meta, Gamification, Community...)
- Use data (Mixpanel, Tableau) and user research (internal tools) to fuel your process (ideation, communication, validation)
- Design simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows
- Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution
- Help define the short and long-term roadmap for our products
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the team
Profile
- Proven experience as a Product Designer on mobile apps
- Track record of successful achievements in a Product role
- Professional experience with tools like Figma
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take ownership, proactive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - you’ll be expected to communicate clearly on design decisions to the team and leadership
