Who You Are

As a Senior Product Designer for Vividly, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success – as well as other departments – to shape our flagship features as we build the connected future of trade our customers.You’ll be a crucial part of our growing product design team to also help us define our overall design direction and vision, along with our operational processes.

Your Impact

• Produce streamlined user flows, user journeys, and information architecture for new and updated features.
• Conduct user interviews with existing customers and use that feedback to inform and improve our user experience.
• Design communicative sketches and wireframes, as well as pixel perfect mockups and annotated specifications. 
• Develop and maintain our design system and continue to evolve and improve our design style inline with our users’ evolving needs.
• Work with frontend engineering and product managers to continuously improve and deploy our product.
• Inspire a design thinking / user-centric culture within the team and across the organization.
