  • The ability to mentor people around you in an effort to grow the team and learn. Our team moves fast, works in an Agile environment, and there's always something to learn
  • Strong background working with a SaaS/Cloud product company
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

You are:

  • Experienced balancing user needs, company strategy, and technical constraints when making decisions
  • Able to collaborate, inform, and compromise with stakeholders at all levels of the company
  • Emotionally intelligent; ability to think beyond the digital screen and design for human emotions and interactions in the real world
  • Passionate about modular design, systems, accessibility, and technology
  • Humble and able to freely discuss your own strengths and weaknesses (and those of others), but always in a kind, professional, and appropriate way
  • Detail oriented and have the ability to get to the root of the problem with a customer-centric lens
  • Outcome oriented with a focus on the big picture of improving the system each time you respond to a problem, rather than just resolving the specific issue
