Senior Product Designer
You’ll refine and improve the existing customer-facing platform and build new features by driving the entire product design process from discovery to delivery to iteration. Our mission at the product design team is to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers and establish our products as the trusted hub for people’s identity.
- Work across the full product design life cycle from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct customer research by crafting interviews and lead conversations with our top customers.
- Be the voice of our customers and advocate for their needs and abilities.
- Gather insights through research and data and define the problem statement.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and partner with your product manager and engineering team in defining and developing new features.
- Cover both interaction/UX and visual/UI design. Be able to design and present various solutions.
- Hand-off and support implementation with the engineering team.
- Monitor performance and iterate on improvements.
- Actively contribute to ongoing improvements of the design team's processes, culture, and tools, including our design system.
You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company, ideally designing complex products.
- Able to work independently and drive projects forward.
- Deep understanding of design principles, techniques, and methodologies, with a portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design excellence.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align design strategies with business goals and user needs, translating complex challenges into actionable plans.
- Experience with data-driven design decision-making and familiarity with metrics that drive user engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, capable of effectively articulating design vision and strategy to all levels of the organization.
- A knack for prioritizing work effectively and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
