We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with a deep passion and experience with crafting exceptional user experiences to shape our digital storefront product suite. In this role, in partnership with Product and Engineering, will own end-to-end experience for this key company priority. You’ll design and optimize the user journey across our platform, balancing the unique needs of growth-minded restaurants and their guests, ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, accessible, and engaging solutions that meet user needs and drive business growth.
About this roll* (responsibilities):
- Collaborate with UX, product management, engineering, and marketing to understand users, translating that understanding into designed experiences that shape thinking and guide development.
- Design intuitive experiences across responsive web and native mobile platforms, delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
- Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback, iterating on the designs to improve results
- Support user research studies that generate insights to positively impact product design
- Work closely with localization teams to ensure designs are culturally appropriate and easily adaptable to different languages and regions.
Do you have the right ingredients*? (requirements):
- 5-7+ years Experience with holistic design approaches, including journey mapping and service design thinking, to identify and create delightful moments across the entire experience.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things and tackle a range of challenges as they arise.
- A passion for rolling up your sleeves; continuously learning with restaurants and guests to be data and insights driven
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Enduring sense of curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and evolve
- Fluency in Figma and other prototyping and design collaboration tools
- Passion for creating delightful, native-feeling experiences across several channels
