Senior Product Designer

Who you are: 
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. This role focuses on crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences that enhance our product's value across key user journeys. You will engage in continuous user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions. Collaborating closely within the Product Trio, you will ensure that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and product principles, enhancing user experiences and driving value.

What you’ll do: 

• Become an expert in your assigned user journeys. Immerse yourself in user behavior and needs through continuous research and usability testing. Gather and analyze data to understand user pain points and opportunities for improvement, ensuring a deep, evidence-based understanding of user interactions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs adhering to user [1] centered design principles.
• Explore multiple design options, using prototyping tools to visualize and test concepts. Incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders and usability testing to iterate and refine designs, ensuring they are intuitive and effective.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with the Product Trio to drive continuous discovery efforts.
• Participate in user interviews, feedback sessions, and validation activities to gather insights and validate assumptions.
• Facilitate Senior Product Designer at Templafy 2 workshops and design thinking processes to explore user needs and ideate solutions collaboratively. Ensure that solutions are informed by real user needs, align with product strategy, and effectively drive outcomes and product health. Design
• Maintain and evolve the visual, user experience, and accessibility aspects of the design system. Ensure consistency and scalability across user journeys

What you’ll need to succeed: 

• 5+ years proven experience in product design  with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, prototyping, and UI/UX design.
• Strong skills in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Ability to iterate and refine designs based on feedback and user insights
