Submittable is looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in Seattle, WA or Missoula, MT. As a Senior Product Designer for Submittable, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end design process and leading the user experience strategy for your defined product area. With deep expertise in User-Centered Design (UCD), you will be a critical partner to cross-functional peers in navigating ambiguity, complexity, and constraints throughout the product development lifecycle.
You will be part of a team consisting of a product manager, product designer, lead engineer, and staff engineers and will contribute to building products that are powerful yet intuitive with a focus on getting the user to ‘wow’ as quickly as possible.
This is a full time position and reports to the Director of Product.
