Responsibilities

-Define key elements of Subject’s user experience and visual design across platforms

-Work closely with Product Managers to define the product vision, own the design, execution, and measure ongoing improvements against short and long-term goals

-Design simple product solutions for a variety of stakeholders

-Create a cohesive cross-product experience including contributing to a style guide and pattern library

-Identify opportunities where research can inspire, optimize or evaluate the design and help executing on that research with Product and Operations

-Partner with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs

-Mentor new and junior team members as needed

Qualifications

-3-5 years of experience designing consumer, enterprise and mobile user experiences for a large-scale web service

-Demonstrated ability to bring cross-functional teams together around a common visionExperience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment that is cross-functional and highly collaborative

-Extensive experience design and prototyping tools like Figma and Adobe Creative CloudBA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Prior experience working on educational technology products a plus but not required
