About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer/UX Designer to help us design and deliver thoughtful user experiences that truly empower our customers to best leverage our products. You’ll be working on some of our most challenging and high-impact UX problems, helping to develop and execute a shared product vision and strategy.

What You'll be Doing

Craft and lead UX design, UI design, product design, and/or web application design
Work cross-functionally with product management and UI engineers to collect requirements, define metrics, and help design user experiences
Drive excellence through collaboration with UI design, UX research, web analytics, web programs, and our extended marketing team to deliver projects that meet both business and user needs
Work closely with our UI design team to align our brand standards and guidelines
Plan and lead design thinking workshops
Design user flows, diagrams, wireframes, design specs, and prototypes to satisfy product requirements
Authoritatively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and the specifics of the user-centered design process
Advocate our standards for design excellence with our design system, principles, and guidelines
Initiate and support end-user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and metrics analysis to test and validate designs
Define user scenarios and identify key personas
Some persona development may be applicable

About You

7–9 years of work experience, including B2B and SaaS companies
Experience in coordinating and conducting usability studies
Experience designing for data streaming, data warehousing, machine learning, and AI applications.
Knowledge and experience with animation and motion graphics
Strong understanding of user-centered design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to enterprise software, PAAS, and SAAS applications
An ability to balance multiple projects and priorities
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, front-end javascript frameworks, and mobile-centric design patterns
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InDesign, or other wireframing tools
Knowledge of the latest web technologies and design trends, including working knowledge as regards to website optimization, SEO, and lead generation
Experience performing usability testing
Deep expertise in implementing User Centered Design methodologies
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HCI or related
