Storefront is DoorDash’s first software-as-a-service product: A white label online ordering platform that enables merchants to accept first party orders from their own customers straight from their website, with delivery and fulfillment powered by DoorDash.
The Storefront Design team is on a mission to empower merchants to easily and efficiently operate their business, grow sales, and build lasting relationships with their customers online and off.
Storefront is only 2 years old, and is at a pivotal point of growth. We are expanding fast and defining the vision and strategy for the future of Storefront as we build out our teams. We're looking for designers who are excited to drive product strategy for a new product and build zero to one experiences.
As a senior product designer on the Storefront Merchant In-Store Experiences team, you will own the end-to-end user experience for Merchant staff in-store, including vision, strategy, and execution.
The Storefront in-store team is a new team at DoorDash focused on bringing a seamless, contactless Storefront ordering experience to in-store use cases. In order to enable these experiences, Merchant staff (front of house, servers, kitchen staff, etc) might leverage a variety of products and devices to better support their in-store workflows.
You will define the strategy and design vision for these brand new products. You will work with a diverse team of product managers, developers, researchers, content strategists and more to build an outstanding merchant experience in the store.
We are still in an early stage, which means you'll have opportunities to shape our culture and process from the ground up, and work on big, meaningful design problems.
