Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Spendesk, you will have the opportunity to be involved in every stage of the product development process, from ideation and research to design and post-launch.

You have a keen ability to identify problems and opportunities and have a knack for presenting them in a way that inspires your team to create impactful solutions. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams to define a vision and drive projects to completion. You are driven by goals and outcomes and have strong attention to detail, while still maintaining a big-picture focus. You are comfortable iterating quickly and using data and user research to guide your decision-making.

In addition, you are a champion for design thinking and possess a humble, kind, and learning-oriented mindset. You are always looking for ways to improve yourself and lift up those around you.

As a member of the Budget Owner/Financial Controller team, you’ll be working as a duo with a Product Manager in a nimble but metrics-backed cadence. Ideally, you’re keen to experiment, learn, and adapt through all stages of your design process. Additionally, your scope will also likely impact other teams’ areas of ownership, so someone who loves to make connections and collaborate across teams is ideal.
