Based in New York but fully distributed, Shortcut builds project management software for software and product teams that people actually want to use - just ask an engineer how they feel about Jira. Thousands of the fastest-growing software companies use Shortcut to plan and build software, including Glossier, Venmo, Daitaku, Scale AI, FullStory, LaunchDarkly, and others. You can meet some of the team at design.shortcut.com.

In practice, this means you will have a say in the team’s direction as they look to you to be an ultimate champion for the user experience. You will also have ample support from the executive team, who will ensure you have what you need to grow your career.
