Senior Product Designer / Remote / Product / Full-Time
(this role is totally remote)
Role TL;DR
Hypergrowth early-stage startup seeking senior product designers. You will help shape the On Deck community platform and lead design on whole product areas.

What you'll do
- Lead design across whole product areas – working with product and eng to define and shape the direction of the product
- Execute design from an idea → talking to customers/team members to gain deeper understanding → framing it as a problem to be solved → mapping out and designing a solution → working with engineering to ship the feature
- Utilise and contribute to the design system to quickly design intuitive products
- Help shape the team, its processes and culture
- Manage yourself cross-functionally in a remote-first environment
Who you are:
- Have designed and shipped products/apps before
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Ability to prototype rapidly
- Able to prioritize duties and work well on your own
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- Capable of acting as a Product Manager when needed

Location and compensation:
This is a senior level role, with a competitive salary, stock options, and plus employee benefits including generous healthcare.
Our team works remotely, but generally follows BST/EST-friendly hours.
Due to meeting times this role is primarily open to candidates in USA West Coast <-> Eastern Europe (incl LATAM and EMEA).
