- ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - long-term, ongoing project
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Braintrust is looking for Senior Creatives to join our growing team/ talent marketplace on Braintrust. This is a general job post, aimed at talented Designers to join Braintrust. If selected, you'll be screening with our Lead Design Recruiter. During the call, we will do a quick platform/ product demo and some light matching of potential roles. Quick note, you are not paid in crypto currency, you will be paid in USD. Majority of our Senior Design roles ranges from $110-$130/hr, with other roles ranging well above these rates. All of our roles are remote, contract or contract to hire. 1099 preferred though we can flip all 1099 to W2s, our Lead Design Recruiter will explain more during the interview/ screening process.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Variety of complex digital experiences (everything from B2C to B2B, startups and establish companies)
- Roles in Service Design, Research, UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, to Branding/ Marketing Design
- Everything from Systems Thinking to production tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid Design Portfolio or PDF Case Studies
- Figma
ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:
Qualified candidates will be invited to do a screening interview with the Braintrust staff. We will answer your questions about the project, and our platform. If we determine it is the right fit for both parties, we'll invite you to join the platform and create a profile to apply directly for this project.
C2C Candidates: This role is not available to C2C candidates working with an agency. If you are a professional contractor who has created an LLC/corp around their consulting practice, this is well aligned with Braintrust and we’d welcome your application.
