We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead ambiguous, interconnected projects within complex domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and drive team vision of complex, possibly cross-team projects, tackling ambitious problems that are poorly defined or a lack an obvious solution
• Own a series of related features, a full workflow, or a simple product up to complex features or workflows with dependencies across product lines and surfaces
• Make strategic decisions and collaborate to enable cross-functional teamwork
• Initiate collaboration with other disciplines to address critical issues and ensure alignment
• Contribute to the prioritization and estimation of work
• Contribute meaningfully to product outcomes with light supervision 
• Extend and evolve craft best practices and repeatable methods of your area of work (design systems, patterns, and processes)
• Influence the impact and quality of shipped work from your peers
• Maintain a high quality bar for your team and improve their ability to ship great experiences

• You have experience in visual design, interaction, and product design. 
• You craft beautiful designs and delightful, useful, and usable experiences
• You demonstrate a solid grasp of product strategy, business needs, domain knowledge, using a range of UX tactics to achieve exceptional user-centered product outcomes
• You are practiced at leveraging quantitative data to inform product and design decisions
• You are a valued communicator and storyteller, helping your team and stakeholders grasp the extent of a problem, build empathy for the end user, and support your design rationale
• You have a growth mindset and a proactive approach to professional development.
• You have a demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguous problems
• You are interested in mentoring and guiding others, helping your peers to elevate their craft and expertise
• You are enthusiastic about leveraging AI and ML to drive innovative product design
• We work in Figma, GitHub, and occasionally in code. We expect you to exhibit growing mastery over your design tools, and willingness to adopt new tools and skills needed to bring your designs and prototypes to life
