About The Role
We’re looking for a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer who crafts best-in-class solutions through thorough product reasoning. In this role you will design end-to-end experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions for web & mobile experiences.
Your Daily Tasks will Entail:
- Define and frame the problem space and explore multiple solutions before landing on a final solution,
- Design end-to-end experiences for a dedicated product area,
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of design solutions using user feedback and data analytics, iterating as necessary to optimize the user experience,
- Partner with Engineering and Product Management to to co-create strategic direction and plan roadmap in line with business objectives,
- Contribute to Printful’s UI design quality, including our design system,
- Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working experience at product-driven companies,
- Proven track record designing digital products across web and mobile platforms,
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills,
- Proven experience conducting user research to validate design approaches,
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, experience using and building design systems.
- Strong background in A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
