We are looking for an expert product designer to lead our podcast feed. Someone who is just as passionate about content as they are pixels. You’re a leader who thoughtfully partners with product, engineering, and insights teams to turn ideas into working designs and prototypes. Your work will impact millions of listeners around the world.
What you'll do
- Bring a startup mindset to a new format at the world’s largest audio company. Your work will directly impact millions of podcast listeners.
- Lead projects across the entire product lifecycle — from concept to MVP to rollout and beyond. You set the vision for the user experience and build the space for others to collaborate.
- Bring user-centric thinking to sophisticated problems. We craft for user outcomes that are powered by ML models. It’s important not to lose sight of the needs of the listener.
Who you are
- You’re passionate about podcasts and want to be part of the team crafting new types of listening experiences that help millions of people discover their next favorite show.
- You’re comfortable at all stages of the product development process. You’re able to get scrappy and put together a prototype, help craft an A/B test for millions, and partner with product marketing to bring features to hundreds of millions of users.
- You’re an incredible product thinker with outstanding design chops. You’ve shipped many consumer products over the years, and understand what it takes to create valuable and usable consumer experiences.
- You’re a phenomenal communicator. You have the communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. You also have the ability to mentor others to deliver work, and make strategy come to life.

- Working hours? We operate within the Eastern Standard time zone for collaboration and ask that all be located in that time zone.
