As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll work within the Payroll Experiences Tribe to craft PayFit’s core customer and employee features such as the pay slip generation and preview experiences. Your role will be to lead the payroll product design vision hand in hand with your product manager and engineering manager.

· You’ll work closely with engineers and product managers to define both the long-term strategy roadmap and short-term tactics for our upcoming initiatives.

· You will collaborate with other PayFit stakeholders (PMs, Sales, Support, Customers, etc.) to understand customers' needs and pain points, to co-create solutions in business opportunities together.

· You will represent the users' voice to your squad as you build and ship new features together. You will come up with quick solutions, in cooperation with product managers and engineers, to feed the product roadmap.

· Alongside the Design Director and other Designers, you will build, challenge, and work alongside the PayFit design chapter team.

· Have At least 5 years of experience as a designer, creating software products with excellent user experience.

· Love translating complex problems into simple, easy, and memorable solutions.

· Are Adaptable, you have a mindset to “Think out of the box”.

· Infuse user research methods to take informed user-centric design decisions at all stages of your work.

· Design system is your best ally, you understand the importance in maintaining consistency and providing a better experience in the product.

· Balancing long-term design goals with an Agile-based iterative approach, comes easy to you.

· Able to work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders.

· Speak French and English fluently, and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment.

· Are Business savvy, you’re not afraid of analytics : you use them to assess your impact.

You will be part of a passionate and dedicated squad that integrates 3 Full-stack developers, 1 Product Manager, and 1 Engineering Manager. Your future manager, Eleonore is a Design Director with more than +12 years of experience, is passionate about simplicity, and user experience design in SaaS B2B. She will ensure your smooth onboarding and further involvement in your role!

1. First you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discovery call(30-45 min)

2. Next step will be a meeting with your Design Director with whom you will touch and share more Design topics of your own experience (45 min)

3. You will then meet your Triforce (Product Manager - Sasha + Engineering manager - Stephane) to talk about the daily job and impact of the team (45min)

4. The last step would be having a discussion with our VP Design (30 min)

5. Then you will meet your own team (Designer + Engineers) for an informal coffee (20min) ⇒ informal meetup before the final offer.
