Senior Product Designer

Our Ecosystem track works as a bridge between Product/Engineering and Partnership Management. We want businesses to be able to leverage PandaDoc’s capabilities within their own workflows and tools without worrying about the integration itself. We want to make it so it takes no work to make it work!

You’ll be responsible for creating a new Automations product. The main goal of Automations is to make our customer’s life as easy as possible and take the manual work out of their workflow. To make this possible, we need to provide them with a delightful and seamless solution that is easy to set up and use.

So what exactly makes you an ideal candidate for this role?

You have an outstanding portfolio of product design work. You’re an active thinker, ready and able to defend your point of view, clearly communicate your position, and find the best solution with your teammates. Our ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process, discovering and defining a problem and then empathically designing a solution with the end goal of delivering the smoothest user experience possible.

In this role, you will:

• Create seamless experiences for customers by automating their day by day manual job  
• Be a key contributor to how we evolve, promote, and support our Workflow Automation
• Pinpoint problems, validate solutions, and identify new opportunities through usability tests, customer interviews, and interactive prototyping
• Create and improve simple, efficient flows for PandaDoc users
• Work closely with your team to define tasks, scope, and look and feel
• Adopt a customer-centric approach to the whole track

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Gracefully balance bold product ideas with user satisfaction
• Recognize how solving real user problems positively impacts the business
• Possess a growth mindset, plus a ceaseless desire to improve user experience
• Know the value of not only data, but also looking beyond numbers
• Fluent in English and have clear communication skills
