About The Role
We’re looking for a user-problem driven Senior Product Designer who crafts best-in-class solutions through thorough product reasoning. In this role you will design end-to-end experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions for web & mobile experiences. At Printify, our Product Designers lead and oversee the user experience of a product, feature, or service from discovery through design to launch. They work with UX researchers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to create the best possible product experience for our merchants. This role requires a high level of problem analysis, creativity, attention to detail, and basic project management skills.

Your Daily Tasks will Entail:
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of Printify products and features.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, analysts, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and problems.
- Map user flows, prototype/validate solutions, and launch new product features and services.
- Define and evolve multiple user types' customer journeys, addressing variations and pain points.
- Improve the user experience gradually through research and iteration.
- Define, craft, and evolve designs and interactions within visual systems and standards for a global audience.
- Ensure consistency across the Printify platform and different integrations.
- Deliver designs and prototypes in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining high-quality UX standards.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of final designs.
- Use online tools to observe user interactions post-release and identify areas for improvement.
- Leverage data analytics to refine and enhance design solutions after launch.
- Plan and conduct user testing and concept validation sessions.
- Actively seek and provide feedback from designers, product teams, and data analysts to elevate design quality.
- Present and defend product features or design solutions to peers and stakeholders.
Your Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of experience in B2B and B2C product design within Product Organizations (not agencies or outsourcing firms).
- Proven track record of designing and shipping successful products.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry preferably with order management, shipping, and internal fulfillment processes.
- Strong rapid prototyping skills.
- Expertise in creating complex user flows and user journeys.
- Proficiency in Figma (or willingness to learn quickly) and design systems.
- Experience as a designer in cross-functional teams, working closely with engineers and product managers.
- Experience planning and conducting user research and concept validation.
- Comfortable designing for multiple user types.
- Growth design experience, including A/B testing and experimentation.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Ability to switch contexts and adapt to different project needs.
